When does DPO start ?

I got my peak on the 5th and 6th so would it of been the 7th day one ??
I was counting it from the 5th since it was the peak and we bd on that day. 🤔

It's typically the day after your first positive that you ovulate. So you probably ovulated on the 6th, so the 7th would be 1 dpo.
