Can someone please let me know what breed this dog is? My front neighbor does NOT take care of him, he’s always away from his house, and comes outside my home and hides where our bushes are. He looks sad, and needs to feel loved. I would love to take him with me, I’m moving soon and I’ve actually been searching for a dog. Should I talk to the neighbors and sort something out?

Talk to the owners and call your local dog warden. Idk where you are from but where I live there is a way for you to hold the dog for so many days and if the owner doesn’t calm the dog you can go to court and legally own the dog. I know it’s not that simple but there are ways if the dog is being neglected you can help. Honestly call a vet and the dog warden first before you confront the owner because they could become upset and hurt the dog or you. It’s better if you get some back up first.

I’d say maybe a lab and German Shepherd? Let him in your house and get him all fixed up and see if the neighbors even come looking for him. 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe offer them a little money to take him. So sad if you’re the one who gives him love and move without him! 😭 I hope you can take him.
