Today was the first vaccine day I’ve decided to give some Tylenol after. I gave like a half dose, not the full amount. Used baby Tylenol the grape kind with the syringe and she was at first intrigued and then partway through started crying pretty bad...just like the vaccine she got orally today. She hasn’t had an allergic reactions r anything. I’ve checked on her a million times in her crib and she seems fine. She did calm down and went to sleep for the night (I gave it at the start of bedtime). My husband suggested that maybe it reminded her of the pain of getting her vaccines (the oral one was given first and she did the same—fine at first and then cried terribly until comforted)? Does anyone else’s baby cry like this when getting Tylenol?
