Feeling overwhelmed 🥺
Hello, I hope I put this in the right forum since it is about health stuff but here goes nothing.
I just wanted to ask you ladies for some help and advice. I recently started a job at Wells Fargo as a part time teller. And for me that is such a big step in the direction I want to go. Now I’m out of the fast food type of jobs and now have a job that is more professional. Not bashing on my prior jobs as it did help me grow in other ways.
I’m just feeling overwhelmed by the sudden change in my financial situation. Recently I got off of my parents car insurance and now I have my own. I have a car payment that I have been paying for the last 2 years and a phone bill that I’ve been paying for the last 4 years. I’m now reaching the point where I have to start looking for health insurance. And this is where the overwhelming feeling comes in. All the insurance I have looked at cost a lot of money. Even if the monthly payments are low, the other stuff I would have to pay are high. I have considered the insurance Wells Fargo has to offer but I also need dental as well as vision, since I do need my eyes checked yearly for glasses unfortunately. On top of that I have no idea what the lingo means. And my parents have been helping me understand and find things that I can afford but it still feels too much. And I’m so scared of feeling like a failure for not being able to pay for the things that I need to especially if I want to move out and be on my own. With the little bills I do have to pay, it takes out a significant amount of my paycheck and that doesn’t include gas. With the added health insurance I would be left with maybe $100 or less for gas and other things I still have to buy like toothpaste and shampoo. I know I will have to cut back on spending certain stuff.
So my question to you is how did you find out what insurance to get. And if you are a Wells Fargo employee do you like the insurance coverage and could you possibly explain it to me?
