Im 6 week along and the past two days it’s has been 98 degrees outside and I work in a warehouse that only has small fans and that doesn’t have air conditioning unless you work in a office setting. Now the area I work is up top which doesn’t help because heat rises and my fan was blowing nothing but hot air. I was getting nauseous and throwing up my Powerade , water , today I had chicken nuggets from Wendy’s I threw that up. I just help on how to deal with the heat and nauseous.
