Rash on four year old

Not sure where to post this at but four year old has broken out with some kind of rash/bumps on arm and face but doctors appointment not until tomorrow. She is itchy but tries not to scratch it. I’ve put coconut oil on her for now to soothe her for now.

Anyone know what this could be?
