I just binge ate and I feel disgusting
Recently I've really been struggling with my weight, I'm 5'8 138 lbs but I used to be 125 so I somehow managed to gain 13 lbs over the past year and I don't like how I look as much anymore. I've always been a calorie tracker (was overweight from ages 6-16- went as high as 160 lbs - I'm 20 now) and I've been trying really hard to stay on track with my exercise and eating. I eat very clean (no fast food, mostly fruits veggies and protein) for the most part but I'm a sucker for sweets. I started my period today and felt pretty nauseous all day but my dad brought home a huge chocolate cake, black and white cookies and chocolate chip scones. I just had 2 pieces of cake, 1/2 a black and white, and 1/2 a scone, and I literally feel disgusting. I was 700 cal under for the day since I was feeling sick for most of it and I'm still technically under my calorie limit if I tracked correctly but I literally feel disgusting. I'm guessing I ate roughly 600 calories in chocolate and sugary junk. How can I bounce back from this??
