TDaP & Husband
My husband has never been I fan of vaccines. He doesn’t like the thought of putting things into the body. I on the other hand, work in the medical field and know the importance of vaccinations. How do I force him to get the TDaP?? He’s almost 32 years old and hasn’t had it since he was 12!! Any suggestion is appreciated! Please, no negative comments about vaccinations.
UPDATE: Because my husband and I work opposite shifts, I sent him this:
When you have a chance-preferably in the next few days, I NEED you to look at some of these links about Pertussis (whooping cough). You haven't had your TDaP vaccine since you were probably 12 and this is supposed to be given every 10 years max. If you don't get it before Brantley is here, you're putting him in great danger of contracting pertussis, which can kill him. The flu shot is also recommended before he is born too, especially since he will be born at the beginning of flu season and this can also kill him. I know how you are with vaccines. But in order for us to protect our child, it's best that we protect ourselves too.

He didn’t even look at the links and called me and said he’ll do whatever he needs to do 🤯 What?!! That was way easier than I was expecting! I told him his other option was to wear a mask 😷...NOPE! Thanks for all of your input!!! We will all be vaccinated by the end of the month💉💉💉
