Pill and timing

So I started taking my pill Saturday night at 11. I’ve taken it every night but it’s never exactly at 11. One day it was 11:03, then 11:10. Tonight was 11:20. I was just wondering if it’ll make my pill less effective if it’s taken just a few minutes different each time? I know if it’s like hours different it will.
