Blood test

Hey ladies!! So I had a blood test done because I had all the symptoms of early conception but my OTC tests were all negative. I got my results back and it was a 3 which is technically negative, but they could it positive at 5. Anyone ever experienced this? Should I give my hopes up? I really want a positive 🤞🏼
