Pregnancy Weight Gain

I started out 232 lbs 5'7. I didn't gain anything all pregnancy until 21/22 weeks. I'm now 24 weeks and I've gained 8lbs. My GYNO never gave me a weight guideline. I don't want to gain any weight if I can help it. How much can I still gain and be under?
