fever/high temp affect the baby (I'm 24 weeks) ?" /> 
I haven't experience having fevers while pregnant with my other two, so I'm not too sure if this is an emergency
Symptoms: 
Can't lift my head up 
Nauseous 
So cold 
Breathing heavy 
Feel soo tired
I can still feel baby moving

It can, call your doc and let them make that call. Try to stay cool and hydrated. I had a stomach bug with a fever and they weren’t too concerned except that being too hot is not good and dehydration can be serious.

If you have a fever over 100.4 you should contact your OB. They would want you examined to find the source of the infection and to monitor baby. 
If fever is below that then just stay hydrated and take Tylenol regularly.

At this moment I’ve been fighting a sinus and ear infection and had a fever for two days. Dr did put me on antibiotics but said drink lots and take Tylenol

It mainly affects baby if left untreated as long as your able to eat, keep liquids downc and control fevers with Tylenol then you are ok. We worry more when mom temps don’t go down for a long time because babies heart rate will increase.

I’ve recently been quite sick with fever and vomiting and it turned out to be a serious virus. The dr told me that keeping my temp down was the best thing to protect the baby. So take safe medicines, cold showers and rest in cool rooms (AC or fan). 
They were not actually concerned about the virus impacting on the baby more so the fever. I don’t like taking drugs when pregnant but they said it far outways the fever.

Stay hydrated,take tylenol, and take care of yourself or have someone take care of you. If you are concerned maybe try the advice nurse if you start to worry.
