Hoping for the best...

After low HCG, low progesterone and a slow heartbeat I went in today for my follow up ultrasound to see if the baby was growing. While the yolk sac grew a week, the baby did not. And the doctor couldn't find the heartbeat. I go in tomorrow for a second opinion and while I'm hoping for the best I'm preparing for the worst. This will be my second miscarriage this year. My fiancé is besides himself. He wants to be a daddy so bad. I could use all your prayers to help get us through this.
