Okay, so over the past week I’ve had really sore nipples and a couple days ago I have such severe cramps that I couldn’t even sleep for like a hour. My period tracker says I’m supposed to start in 2 days. Is this normal? Like the sore nipples and have really bad cramps before a period. I usually when I cramp I start my period right then but I haven’t?

Its normal for both pregnancy and period.

The symptoms you get before your period is due are the same as pregnancy symptoms. It’s so confusing so it’s up to you if you wanna test now or wait a couple of days 😊
