How long did it take for your cycle to adjust to the pill?

I’m half way through the 4th week of the 1st pack and my period still hasn’t come. I haven’t been sexual active the past month. It feels like comes because I’ve been having mild cramps but nothing.

It can take 2 or 3 months.
Your period on the pill is withdrawal bleeding. It is artificially caused by the pill hormones leaving your body during that week because those pills do not have hormones in them. When the hormone levels in your body drop below a certain point, it will trigger this withdrawal bleeding.
Some women get very light periods, or even no periods on the pill. And some pills are more likely to cause it, for example Lo Loestrin FE and all its generic copies. This is because these pills have 24 hormone pills, then 2 pills with a different hormone, then just 2 pills without hormones.
These artificially cause periods serve no medical or health purpose.
