Pregnancy symptoms vanished

I'm 6 weeks today and suddenly my breasts are no longer sensitive. I'm still more tired than usual. I have not had any bleeding. Just wondering if you ladies have experienced this. My doctors appointment isn't for another week. Could it be possible I missed carried?
