Advice please ladies

So ovulation was 5 days ago , been feeling like crap lately anyway (not pregnancy related) just really I’ll, woke up this morning with cramps , just been to the toilet and this is what was there when I wiped , period not due for 9 days, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
