4 DPIUI and I “feel” like it’s just going to be negative again no matter what.

Answer

The month of my first IUI, I was convinced it would be negative. I felt exactly the same way that I did every other month for the previous 18 months when my period inevitably showed up. Sometimes when you want something SO BAD, you can't trust your instincts anymore because they'll just tell you what you want to hear.
Joke was on me though, I got my BFP at 12DPO! I didn't start to "feel pregnant" until about 8 weeks. And even then, it was mostly just nausea, not unlike what I dealt with every month while on Clomid or letrozole.
Your time is coming, don't give up hope!
