BBT question
I was getting positive opks last week and my temp was slowly spiking. It wasn’t like a huge spike all at once.
I got another spike yesterday. And another app is saying I ovulated yesterday but my opk was negative. 🤔
I also had cramps last week so I assumed that was ovulation cramps . 😩
