Old injury returning

Hi .

Years ago I managed to screw up my lower back from work. Took a couple years of chiropractic, massage and then finally physio for the pain to go away. I have been in decent shape with it for the last year by just keeping up my exercise and stretching. Now that I'm pregnant though it seems to have triggered it again. I'm working nights right now and the pain is so bad I'm having trouble sleeping. The pain is just a sore deep muscle pain in my lower right side of my back, more in my butt cheek if that helps.

Can I take anything or do anything to help even temporary so I can make it two more days?

Is there other exercises that would be better?

Should I do physio again?
