What is this discharge? HELP!

It’s kind of creamy, white (maybe a little off white)

So I had a video just to explain the discharge better but it would only let me do pictures. This is after pushing for a bowel movement & sometimes it comes out in clumps (like in the toilet) or even during/after sex. No odor. No itching. No burning...
