I know this type of job is pretty hard to avoid but seems like I’ve been in customer service jobs all my life. Been working as customer service reps at insurance companies over the last year or so and I’m just drained of it. I’m a very introverted person and don’t like talking much so having to be on the phone for 8 hours every day has taken its toll. Don’t get me wrong, I love people but I can only talk so much. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and am looking for a stay at home position but don’t know where to start. They all seem to be sales or customer service rep positions that are available. I want to start my photography business but haven’t had many volunteers to get started. Anyone have any advice? I just don’t know if I can do customer service jobs anymore.
