This is a question for anyone who uses the flex menstrual disks. I’m using them for the very first time. I’m having some trouble with them 😕 I used to use the nuvaring birth control so I insert the disk just like I used to insert the nuvaring. However, I’m still experiencing some leaking so I wear a pad & whenever I go to the bathroom blood does leak out a good amount. Is that normal? I thought I wasn’t supposed to have blood come out at all with this disk. I’m just not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve pushed it back as far as I can, I’m not sure what else I can do. 🤷🏼‍♀️
