Maybe I’m being overly sensitive since I’m sure my hormones are all over the place, but I’ve had nothing but rude encounters with our fertility clinic. The last time we had our <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, I had explained to the nurse that my husband had to call off since he works nights (11p-7a), and the appointment was scheduled for 7:30am and we live an hour away. She was so nice (one of the few) and said that we could always rearrange the schedule for a later morning time. So today when I had called about getting a positive surge, they wanted to set up the same time and I had explained to the nurse (different from before) what we had discussed at the last <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, long story short she was very rude and told me this would be a one time deal because it needed to be done early in the morning. I had explained we could come in sooner but my husband would need a work note and her response was, I don’t care, do whatever you want. The attitude really stinks there, and quite frankly it makes me want to give up and just forget about the whole process. There’s been other encounters but it’s too long to write, this mornings one just rubbed me wrong for the last time. I’m just not sure what to do about it.
