6mo old poops like this after EVERY meal & her pediatrician said normal. What do you guys think?

She used to only poop one time a day a big poop. Now it's been about 12 days and she has been pooping after every meal ...little poops like this. So around 6 small poops a day, sometimes yellow and sometimes green. She's breastfed and no solids yet. Her butt gets so sore from pooping so much I have to apply Aquaphor every single time :(

She has one big poop a day and that's first thing in the morning. Just double checking this is normal. I have to apply aquaphor on her butt all day long because she gets rashes now.
