Absolute worst migraine I have ever had

I am currently 5w3d pregnant and I currently have the worst migraine I have probably ever had. It just in the right side of my head. I am just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced something like this. I have suffered with headaches and migraines my whole life and haven’t had any too bad leading up to this point but this one is killin me
