I’ve been having unprotected sex for the past few months but I’m on the birth control patch. I had a fairly light period and it ended a week ago. Yesterday morning, I woke up to sharp stabbing pains and I felt like I had to poop but when I went to the bathroom there was neon red blood everywhere and when I felt the need to push, a tiny clump of tissue followed by a large amount came out. Today it’s just regular dark blood but I’m wondering if this could be an early miscarriage and if anyone has had an experience like this.
