GD and Wheat free

This is my first pregnancy and I was diagnosed with GD today. I'm hoping to manage with diet and exercise. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what snacks to pack for the work day. I am starting to get tired in the day again (I am also anemic -yay) so I need to plan in advance and have my food on hand. I am also sensitive to wheat so this makes it a bit trickier to pack snacks but I guess jives well with lowering my carbs.

Any other tips would be great
