Blister on lips from teething?

Picked baby up from daycare today and noticed a red blister on her lip right where she puts her fingers in..wondering if this could be caused from teething/mouthing everything? Hoping it’s not a cold sore? My husband and I and no one she’s been around at home has ever had cold sores.

My son has these too. I'm thinking it's from the bottle and sucking on his hands. I've been told it's because of the way he sucks on the bottle. (Weaning him off the boob, so more bottle feeds). Then they seem to go away after a few hours. And then return after some feedings. So weird. They don't seem painful to him
