Does my tongue look like “scalloped tongue”?

I noticed these bumps/ridges on the side of my tongue that don’t hurt. I’m trying to figure out what it is and I’m worried it might be serious. I found something online called scalloped tongue and wanted to know if my tongue looks like that.

i have that too. i dont think it’s dangerous but ive notices my tongue has ridges like that

My tongue looks like that because I bite it in my sleep. I wouldn’t worry about it, try a bite guard maybe? I’ve tried many and always end up spitting them out in my sleep so I gave up.

I google everything too and end up stressing myself out over something that’s really nothing. It does look similar but other pics of scalloped tongue looks way worse. It could just be stress. If it gets worse maybe call your doctor. Don’t freak yourself out though!
