overbearing mother...

so i am 17 and my mom recently found out that i had sex with a guy in my car, brought him to my house and etc. i lies to her about if it really happened for two months because everyday she would taunt me about it and my feelings for him and say she would have him arrested since he is 18, also saying she would hit me and etc which eventually made me run away from home for a couple of days. eventually i tell the truth snd now everyday she makes side digs at me and brings it up screaming and yelling about it and even smacks me and hits me every other day. i keep telling her to drop it but she won't. any advice?
