Post pregnancy Weight loss

I am currently stuck in the range of 135lbs-140lbs. Wishing to get rid of this down to 128.

Miscarried last summer and my metabolism has been crappy. Then I got mentally depressed and gave up.

Right now I'm working on my feet as a cashier from 9-6:30

Then I have a slimfast shake for breakfast

(Just milk and powder)

Drink water at my station

Then for lunch a peach smoothie

And for dinner I eat what my family makes or what is quick after going to the gym

I do the elliptical for a half hour

Leg presses

Pull downs

And some dead lifts and ab twists
