AF is late

This is my cycle. I used to be pretty regular but AF has been later and later. i took ovulation tests last month so that’s right, but i was spotting for almost a straight week after ovulation. AF hasn’t come yet, but i took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. could i still possibly be pregnant? i can’t go to an OB/GYN until next month bc i’m on my parents’ insurance and they’re switching at the beginning of next month
