Positive OPK on Sunday but EWCM today?

I started letrozole last Sunday, took it through Thursday, had my sonogram on Friday where they said I didn’t have a dominant follicle. I got a positive OPK sunday, but now today I have EWCM (for the first time ever, might I add). What’re your thoughts on this? Should we BD?
