Postpartum Pad Help!!!

I'm approaching my due date... Unfortunately I have very sensitive skin (thus my strange allergies) and I'm actually allergic to every single brand and type of pad/pantiliner for periods and I'm afraid I'll have the same reaction with postpartum pads or diapers... Even sensitive skin products cause terrible reactions!!

Anyone know of any hypoallergenic ones? I haven't had any luck asking doctors or Google... The OBGYN said I may just have to use a hand towel :/
