Hip numb?

My right hip as started going numb since about 9 weeks pregnant. Going into my 20th week it goes insanely numb and almost painful. My doctor hasn’t really said anything. Has anyone else had this?

My left hip is the same!!! It’s literally in my joint where i feel it. It’s 100% my sciatic nerve. It will make my buttcheek and leg tingle from my hip down to about my knee. Sometimes it makes to to my toes. The only thing i do is relax and put my feet up. It’s so uncomfortable after a long shift standing.
