Is something wrong with my baby

I keep feeling him have little seizures everyone says it’s normal but I feel them a lot everyday especially when I lay down. And this is the second time I notice that when it’s happening I start itching myself and I get a rash on my upper stomach right in the middle close to my boobs. Idk if something is wrong or not or it’s just me it’s not horrible but I start itching and become red
