I cross posted this from the breastfeeding ttc group, it doesn’t seem too active.

I had my first period since having my 11 month old. We’re also starting to ttc our second and this was my first ovulation since birth as well.

Before my son I got my period roughly 14-16 dpo and it started heavy and ended with light spotting, it lasted about 5-7 days.

Well, around 10 dpo I started spotting that turned into light bleeding(enough to appear on a pad but not soak a pad) for a few hours and it happened again 11 dpo, now that I’m 12 dpo I don’t even have any spotting to speak of. I should also mention that the bleeding didn’t last all day 10-11 dpo, both of those days I was dry after the initial two hours of bleeding/spotting.

Has anyone experienced this type of period while breastfeeding?
