I think if you’re just doing it because you don’t like how big your boobs are, then I say don’t.. especially at 18. Your boobs can still be naturally changing and growing, and that’s also A LOT of surgery for someone so young. If it’s just for appearance sake. However, if you are considering it due to your boob size causing you physical pain/strain/injury etc, then I’d seriously consider it. Maybe wait a year or two, incase you grow more (no point in having a reduction just for the results to be voided by regrowth.) And IF your boyfriend can’t wrap his head around you having a reduction to help your physical health, and wellbeing, then I suggest taking a second look at him. If he is willing to put what he likes on your body, above your health, then that isn’t a man/mindset you want in your life.

You can go on a consultation to a PROPER clinic and ask.

You should wait a while until your boobs are done changing.. are you on bc pills? They make them bigger. I would wait til age 22 at least.

I wouldn’t. I have 32DDs almost 32DDDs. My fiancé loves everything about my body and says I shouldn’t change for any reason. I used to hate having big boobs because I’m only 5’2 and 130lbs. I’ve always felt not proportioned being so tiny but I’ve learned to love it.
