WHY DID EVERYONE TELL ME TO DO CUROLOGY- SO FRUSTRATED

So I’ve had a long 3+ year battle with acne. I’ve tried everything I’ve done prescription meds from my derm, proactive, retinol, tea tree, salicylic acid, witch hazel, as well as tried to heal from the inside by cleaning up my diet a ton- went dairy free, chug water every day, eat loads of veggies and probiotics. Well my last ditch effort was curology because EVERYONE was ranting and raving. Well it’s been 3 months and although I saw a bit of an improvement after a month, there has been no improvement in two months- if anything my flare ups are more enflamed and painful than usual. With curology you are supposed to be able to email your provider at any time to get a new formula or you can obviously cancel your subscription (they give you a 2

month supply for $60 every 2 months that gets delivered automatically) but when I go to login to my account like I’ve done many times before it says I’m logged in but it redirects me to the very beginning page where it asks your info and has you take their beginners survey as if I had never signed up in the first place.

It also has NO evidence of my past orders or future order delivery schedule like it did before, and no option to email the provider like it had before either. I’m not using the wrong login because they let you login with Facebook. And it wasn’t just a glitch because it’s been doing this for a week. I emailed the customer service email I found online with no reply, and there’s no phone number. I’m confused because I thought this was a big reliable brand that everyone is advertising and I can’t even get ahold of someone to cancel my subscription which is set to charge me $60 every two months?? For something that’s not working for me! Not to mention the 2

month supply didn’t even last me 2

months- I am out of the moisturizer already and I use very sparingly twice a day like they advise. Any advice??
