Still positive after bleed

My bhcg levels went from 44 last Wednesday to 800 on Monday. Retest tomorrow. Problem being, I spotted from Tuesday last week to yesterday with a big bleed on Monday. Had an 800 on the morning after the bleed. Tests are still very positive. I’m so scared. Anyone else been in this situation?
