Hi ladies, I got a positive opk today (along woth ewcm) but have been having period like cramping all day today, and period like backache too.

I usually get pain like this the day before AF comes. (AF is due tomorrow, but as far as im aware i havent ovulated this month ) Anyone else had cramping and it wasn't AF related and still ovulated?

I have PCOS, maybe it's cyst pains? Never had it before so don't know what to look out for. Any clue as to what is going on??
