Question about pill

I started a new brand of birth control (tri lo marzia) and I started on the first day of my period but only got to take two pills before stopping because I left my pack in the car on a hot day for a few hours and figured they weren’t effective anymore (I ordered a new pack)

Will my cycle be effected from just those two days or is that not long enough for my body to adjust to them
