How much to feed

My 12 day old is insatiably hungry. I’m giving as much breast milk as I can but it’s not even close to enough. Right now he’s eating 3-3.5 oz of breast milk/formula every 3 hours. This seems like a lot to me ... he poops almost every diaper. Is this normal!?
