Hi everyone, I’ve been searching to see if anyone’s gone through something similar.

-first day of last period was 6/20 and I think I ovulated around 7/6-7/8

-faint but positive home preg test on 7/20 but lines not really getting darker over the next few days

-started bleeding on 7/28. Small clots but clots throughout the next 5 days and similar bleeding to my period. No pain or cramping. Bleeding stopped on 8/1 and have not had any bleeding since then.

-called doc and sent me for HCG work. Saw doc on 8/7 and he said it’s probably non viable, possibly ectopic and numbers should start to go down but they went up as described below. Now I am having small amount of white discharge like I did in first and second trimester for first baby. I had normal, easy first pregnancy and labor with no complications and healthy little boy was born 12/22/2018.

-7/29 Hcg 45

-7/31 Hcg 78

-8/5 Hcg 188

-8/13 Hcg low 1000s

-going for repeat Hcg on 8/19

Has anyone gone through anything like this? I thought for sure it was a chemical miscarriage at first but the way my HCG has been trending I’m starting to feel hopeful but don’t want to give my hopes up. I have had mild pregnancy symptoms like light nausea and headaches and no spotting or bleeding since 8/1
