What are your thoughts

Question

I mentioned to someone that I've had the worst back pain in my life today (I have scoliosis, degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my back so pain is very common) and they said that usually happens before the baby makes their appearance? Monday night I had contractions every two minutes, Yesterday I had low movement and now today the back pain. Just wondering if I'm getting close because I'm so ready too hold my daughter even if she is early.

I agree with the other poster as this doesn’t necessarily mean labor is near. But it sounds like you already think it is because of your previous experience so there’s not much people can tell you.

I wish it meant labor was close. Unfortunately it doesn't mean much at all. Back pain is just a normal common third tri symptom. Some are unfortunate enough for it to start in late 2nd tri even.

I guess I should mention when I was in the hospital with contractions that's all I felt was back pain nothing else.. 🤷
