How much milk before bed?

My MIL is putting our son to bed tonight as we have our first date night since he was born! I'm super nervous but I'm going to try to enjoy myself and hoping he sleeps okay and isn't too thrown off of his routine although she will be following the same steps as we take for bedtime.
I nurse him to sleep so I don't know how much I should have for him in a bottle. 
I have loads of milk stashed - I am thinking a 5-6oz bottle should be okay? 
How much would you ladies reccomend I have ready for him before bed? He takes a bottle very well so I'm not worried about that.

5-6 ounces sounds perfect. My son will eat anywhere from 4 to 6 ounces at bedtime

We haven’t done a bottle in at least a month and I’ve not been home this week, my husband usually makes 4oz and says he doesn’t really want to finish it a lot. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Id leave 8 but would start with a 4oz first. I think my daughter didn’t start drinking more than 4 at a time until like 7 or 8 months?

My son is EBF but anytime we give a bottle before bed we only do about 4-5oz max and that seems Iike the rightness amount of fullness with no undesired symptom of fullness (gas, spit ups, excessive wet diapers through night)

How much does he take during the day when you give him a bottle? Breast fed babies usually don't drink as much as formula fed. My girl rarely very takes more than 4 oz a feeding. Even at night, but I'm seeing many babies take up to 6. I'd say give him and ounce or two more than he usually takes. If he doesnt drink, then worse case you have to toss it.

My daughter does 4oz bottles throughout the day at daycare (breastmilk) but when I was out of town two weekends ago and she was with my husband, she ended up having two whole 4-ounce bottles before bed.  He gave her 4, and she was not satisfied so he offered her another one and she finished it as well 😱

I would do 5 or 6, & just let him decide when he’s done. Really it’s a guessing game since you normally nurse.

My baby eats about 6 oz at every feeding except for the one right before bed where she eats 8 oz. it’s like she knows she won’t be getting more food for a while haha
