Used this system called Trak male fertility to test my husband’s sperm concentration at home. Discovered it’s pretty low. He seems to have a varicocele but doesn’t want to treat it yet.

Well, with lifestyle changes he had a better test last month. But the most recent one we did last night...back down at super low number.

I don’t understand! He’s lost over 20 pounds! He changed his diet and stopped drinking energy drinks. I thought we would see improvement or at least the same moderate number, but instead it was super tiny again.

We have only been ttc 2 months. I am in the 2WW for the second cycle and we did the sex more often this time, but considering this I’ve lost hope. I want to get him tested and get in with a urologist to have a real analysis and possible surgery. But he was so blase about it.

Like for him just knowing what he has that’s been causing him testicular pain for years is enough. It super frustrates me because I’m over here checking everything. I’m regular as clockwork and all my doctors have said they see absolutely no reason I won’t get preggo right away. But it takes two and if his swimmers are shit it won’t matter how fabulous my eggs and such are!
