So I’m 17+2 and I had an argument with my husband. I cried hard for a good 5 minutes, my nose blocked completely and now I have a headache. I’m just wondering if this has any adverse effects on bubs?

Emotions are going to happen mama :) it’s all part of this fantastic journey! I have cried over ridiculous things, too much stress can have effects on baby but not your casual day to day life. Experiencing a loss in the family for example. But normal grocery store frustrations and if your like me occasional road rage 😂🤷‍♀️ won’t hurt you precious little gift

Your fine!  I have done this MULTIPLE times being pregnant (my father passed away when I was 13 weeks), and my baby is completely healthy.  I will be 22 weeks Monday.  Just try and not stress so much 😊.
