Seriously failed my glucose test...

Hi mamas, I’m currently 23+5 with twins and just found out i seriously failed my one hour glucose test with a 180. (My doc’s cut off is 135.) of course, I started googling and now I’m panicking. Did anyone else score close to that and still go on to pass the 3 hour test?
